TENNIS4YOU TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Adult, Junior & Toddler Course Bookings

Places will only be reserved after full payment is received for all Adult, Junior and Toddler Coaching courses. All payments must be received in full at least 24 hours before the course start-date.

  • All advanced bookings can be made through our website, after booking an invoice will be sent to you with our bank details, so that you may pay us by transfer.
  • Participants may pay in person prior to the start of the first class but no guarantees can be made that places will be available. Payments in person should be in cash or cheque made to – Advantage Tennis.
  • Repeat clients can pay on the day and be guaranteed places if we know you are attending.

Medical Conditions

Please make us aware of any medical conditions prior to the start of any course. Please bring the necessary information and any equipment needed to lessons.

Cancellations

Occasionally, we have to make changes to and correct errors on the website and/or flyer before and after bookings have been confirmed. Whilst we always try to avoid changes and cancellations, we must reserve the right to do so.

The following changes to booked courses may be made:

  • a change of day
  • a change of starting time

Junior and Toddler Term-Time Courses

A child’s place is reserved when full payment is received by Tennis4you. We may also allow payment on the day for returning clients.

Payments are non-refundable within 7 days of the course start date.

If a course is cancelled more than 7 days in advance of the course start date a £10 admin fee will apply.

If, due to bad weather, 1 class per half term (5-7 week period) is cancelled no refund, make up lesson or credit will be offered. If any further classes are cancelled due to bad weather then Tennis4you will however offer one of the following options:

  • The opportunity to attend a class running on another day of the week if places are available,
  • A credit to the value of the classes cancelled to be used towards a future term of coaching.
  • A refund if a future class will not be attended

Lessons will continue in light rain and will only be cancelled in the event of heavy/constant rain. The Director of Coaching – Paul Barton should be called if there are any doubts over the weather, on 07961170675.

Courses may be cancelled if there are not adequate numbers enrolled.

Junior Holiday Camp

A child’s place is reserved when full payment is received by Lifetime Tennis.

Payments are non-refundable within 7 days of the Camp start date.

If, due to bad weather, 1 day of the camp is cancelled no refund, make up lesson or voucher will be offered. Tennis4you will however offer a full refund or a credit for any further days that are cancelled.

If heavy rain is predicted for the whole session Tennis4you reserves the right to cancel, as we do not have the facilities for wet weather activities.

Courses may be cancelled if there are not adequate numbers enrolled.

Adult Courses

Places are only reserved when full payment is received by Tennis4you. Long standing clients may have a different arrangement, although payments must be made for missed course sessions.

Payments are non-refundable within 7 days of the course start date. If due to bad weather more than one class is cancelled the participants are offered either:

  • The opportunity to attend a class running on another day of the week if places are available,
  • A credit to the value of the classes cancelled to be used towards a future term of coaching
  • A refund of the value of a session if a credit can not be used.

Lessons will continue in light rain and will only be cancelled in the event of heavy/constant rain making the courts unplayable. In the event of heavy constant rain a decision will be made 15 minutes before the start of a session.

Courses may be cancelled if there are not adequate numbers enrolled.

Private Coaching

Private lessons must be booked in advance. First time clients should pay in advance for their first lesson, then subsequent booked lessons can be paid in advance on the day or by cash at the lesson itself to the coach.

Private Lesson Cancellations

Any cancelled lessons must be 24 hours prior to the start of the booked lesson or a full charge will be made, for what ever the reason.

Damages, Loss and Injury

To the extent permitted by law, Tennis4you will not accept responsibility for any injuries incurred during play on the Grounds in any weather/ground conditions.

Tennis4you accepts no liability for damage to, or loss of, any property or articles or things whatsoever, placed or left on the grounds by any person or organisation.

Complaints

Should you have a problem or complaint at any time, report it immediately to one of the Tennis Coaches concerned. If you feel unable to sort the problem and the Director of Coaching is not present then please email: Paul@tennis4you.co.uk with full details of the complaint.

Data Protection Policy

In order to process your booking and to ensure that your arrangements run smoothly, Tennis4you requires to use the information that you provide, e.g. name, address and special needs/medical conditions. We will not pass on any information to persons and we will hold your information where collected by us and may use it to inform you of offers in the future or to send you brochures. You are entitled to a copy of the information held by us.

Privacy Policy

By using this website you consent to our retaining your information under the terms of this privacy policy. We are committed to preserving the privacy of your data. The following policy will explain how we use and protect your information. All information is stored securely, collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. If you do not agree to our processing of your data in the manner outlined below, please do not submit any personal data to us.

In our contact form we collect Personal Data including Contact Name, Telephone Number, Email Address and Postal Address details. This information is collected in order to facilitate the sales process. You consent to us using the information provided by you in order to facilitate the consultation process on your behalf and in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We may use this information to analyse how our site is used in order for us to improve and develop our business.

The information provided by you will be held on our computers and may be accessed by our staff.

Unless we are required by law to do so, we will not otherwise disclose your information without your consent.
